Will this pouch mount to the belt of an Exo pack? Can it be looped through on the backside of the pouch?

Yes. I have both the large and regular older pouches, not the 2.0, and they both fit on the wider K3 belt. The smaller one’s belt loop is smaller so it fits a little tight.
