I wouldn’t.

But only because I don’t like getting other peoples “semi”- customs. More specifically, I wouldn’t want a bell and Carlson stock on a tikka, I don’t like duracoat or ceracoat or any of that stuff and I don’t like the 7mm.

With the going rate for ARs, I would trade the complete lower for the Tikka without the scope. The scope is poo.
I would keep that upper, and more specifically the bolt carrier group, unless something really rad was thrown into the mix.
