First Lite Customer Service

Anyone having issues with them? I purchased and returned some items over two weeks ago. They acknowledged the receipt of the items but still have not refunded my money. I’ve also sent multiple emails requesting an update and asked when can I expect my funds to be returned. Crickets…. Anyone have a good phone number for them? I couldn’t find one on their website.

So far, I have always had good experiences with their customer service. I wouldn't mind a quicker turn around time on exchanges, but other than that I have had no issues.

Not a fan. Have had some issues and bad customer service. I still have a couple pieces, but I switched to other brands a few years back and I'm happy I did. Hopefully you get your stuff resolved.

This is not intended as a defense of First Lite...

But banks are frequently slow to give the money back.

I've watched people do their end of processing a refund, and still waited a week plus for the money to reappear in my account.
