What size waist are you ?

I tend to wear a size 31"x30" in jeans, but my actual waist measurement is closer to 36". I can fit them over another layer of pants with base layer. There isn't any ajustment on the pant waist other then the elastic waist section on the back. The elastic feels tight when your pulling them on, but it feels comfortable around the waist.
