Firstlite Youth Gear recommendations

Little man is tagging along on my late December OTC archery mule deer hunt in AZ. He’s 14 and growing like a weed, so I’ve been hunting the used FL boards for gear. I don’t get very cold, so typically I’m in a base layer and a puffy vest, but wanted to make sure he was warm and cozy for those long glassing days. Recommendations for him? I was thinking initially Catalyst Jacket and pants. Thoughts?
