Long time lurker, First time posting. I'm 28 living in the Cedar Rapids Area. I grew up hunting deer in Illinois and Iowa but want to get after some elk and mule deer. I've got a backpacking trip planned for Colorado this year and will be hunting out west next year. Currently working on getting the gear I need and improving my physical conditioning.
