Hey Fellas, Ive stumbled on this site looking for back country hunting tips and then listened to a podcast with Robby Dennings. Great information here and love the community. Ive been hunting since I was ten, off and on through the years and have a learned a lot while in the woods. Ive harvested a couple muleys on the east side of the state and a couple blacktails in the jungles on the west side. I am gearing up for my first solo back country hunt for High Buck in Sept at the base of Mt Baker this year. I am Stoked. My favorite hunting method is still hunting, I love creeping through the woods while my senses are in tune with my surroundings. Nothing like it when that buck is just standing there as my heart races into my throat while trying to take a deep breath and find him in my sights.
