Fort Hood Hogs

I grew up hunting back in Georgia, and now that I’m stationed out here I’m out of a place to hunt. I know you can hunt on post and I wouldn’t be totally against it, but I know it’s a hassle. If anyone knows of a good place around here to kill some pigs, let me know. I’ve got another deployment coming up in a couple months and would like to get a good hunting trip in before I leave. I would try on Hood if I were you. I’ve never hunted there but I’ve hunted on Fort Lewis and Camo Bullis and neither were all that much of a hassle to sign up for. I know some guys up there that do well for pigs but I don’t know how they do it.

I’m stationed down in San Antonio and have had a ton of fun hunting Bullis
