I have a pristine condition 1999 Oregon Nonresident Game Bird Stamp I would like to send to someone who collects/appreciates such subject material. According to the container in which the Stamp is affixed, the Stamp is named "Elkhorn Passage" and is by Robert Steiner. It depicts western Canada geese near wetlands restoration projects in the Baker Valley with the Elkhorn Mountain in the background.
