Where at in the U.S can i find free range aoudad to bow hunt over the counter or what are the draws like??? Something i want to do otc diy if possible whos done it??

That would be an incredibly tough hunt.

I saw Tom Miranda on TV several years ago bowhunting on a private ranch in West Texas. After several days attempting spot and stalk he gave up and sat in a blind over a water trough. Best chance would probably be an old ram that is by himself.

there is some disappointingly accurate information on here about the NM OTC Barbary hunt that you could leverage. would be tough with a bow but not impossible.

West Texas. It's a non-game species so all you need is a NR Texas license........and somewhere to hunt. The somewhere to hunt part is what will cost you as the "public land scene" here is,....well,....minimal. Get with Muley Mike at West Texas Hunt Organization.
