Freezers

I have seen post eluding to frost free freezers causing problems for meat storage.
What kind of problems ?

I have a commercial freezer & a frost free freezer.
The commercial freezer goes down to -25F. crazy temperatures..

Frost free freezers bring the sides and top of the box up to above freezing temperature on a cycle to melt the ice, so the meat while not thawing completely gets a bit of a freeze-thaw cycle that is bad for long term meat storage (speeds degradation).
