Lost 4 pounds so far just from eating cleaner, need to find a replacement for coffee and sodas though. Thinking about just popping green tea or NoDoz, thoughts?

Try and drop the caffeine habit altogether. It really isn't necessary to life, though many would argue this point with me. If you must, which you probably feel like you do if you haven been consuming it for some time now, then a natural source like tea or coffee in small amounts is best. Warm tea with honey is something that is tasty, natural sugars, and some caffeine to fight the withdraws. Soda is something that if you are trying to drop weight that you really shouldn't consume. I can't think of anything good to say about soda.

Worked 144 hours the past week and a half, back on the wagon with working out.

Overhead Press:
95x3, 115x3, 130x3, 140x3, 145x3, 150x2

100 squats with 50# pack for time:
5:02

Hopefully I get to row tonight, trying to get the kids to sleep at the moment.
