Can you adjust torso length of shoulder straps?
When you day medium that's belt size?
How old is frame?

Yes, the torso is adjustable. And the belt is medium. The Kifaru site has lots of videos about their packs. They are fantastic.

Not certain on the age, but I'm guessing just a few years old.
