WTS Full camp rental for Wyoming archery elk

I have a full camp setup that is available to rent from September 15th through September 29th for Wyoming elk hunt areas 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 21, or 108.
This camp will be fully setup on site at a location of your choosing or as close as possible the day of your arrival, and I will tear down the camp the afternoon of your departure.
Included is a 14x16 Davis wall tent with ground sheet and carpet for the back 2/3 of the floor, or a 12x12 wall tent, wilderness 5 woodstove (biggest stove made) with 2 days of precut wood (you'll need to cut additional wood) or a big buddy propane heater with 2 25# cylinders (alot easier), up to 4 cots and chairs, 2 tables, 2 burner propane cook top stove with a full 25# tank, 2 lanterns, Tote with high side fry pan, boiling pot, gravity coffee maker w/ filters, cooking utensils, plus 2 5 gallon water jugs, wall organizers.
$1,000 for full camp rental, plus $400 refundable deposit due in advance pay pal or mail a check.

Is that legal in WY without an outfitter's license? Do you have a license?

You're essentially providing a drop camp, in CO that would be illegal without a license.

Legal to rent out equipment.
This is in Wyoming, not Colorado.
