Gaia on 2 devices

How do you get saved tracks & waypoints to show up on Gaia, I’ve emailed them 2x with no replies
I’m using on my iPhone & iPad,
I even purchased a premium membership thinking that’s what it took, no go

Onx shows up on all devices no problems & no special settings

Are you logged in on both devices? I do this with my PC and iPhone quite seamlessly.

Make sure sync/backup is enabled in settings under the Account section.

Yup
Logged in & out several times
Sync’d several times too

You’ve done this on both devices? Have you selected Last Sync? That forces a manual sync.

Yes. Tried several times
Tracks are saved & show up on iPhone but not my iPad

On the iPad, are all these on? Have you added something on the iPad to see if it shows up on the phone?

Click on the map layers icon in the top right corner of your screen. That’ll bring up a menu. The top menu choice is map overlays. Click on that and it brings up another menu with toggle buttons. Make sure the items you want - tracks, routes, waypoints... are toggled on (green). They should then show up.

The only other thing that comes to mind is to try the desktop version on a PC and see if it syncs. Also, try reinstalling the apps on both devices.

I’m surprised they haven’t contacted you. I had a good response the only time I needed to contact them. Have you tried “request a callback”?

Try logging out and back in. Go to settings, account/change email, log out. Then force it to sync. This is what I do when it won't sync.

I deleted app on my iPad last night & re-installed, dropped a few waypoints & then force sync’d
Didn’t show up on my phone
Not near my desktop as I’m up on the north slope of Alaska but will dig into it more when I

sent them 2 emails. No response,
Hard to do call back when I’m at woot & limited time at night here

I appreciate the tips & I’ll keep trying
