All areas of the state are broken up. Youd have to reach out to the Idaho Guides Association to find the specific area and who has the "guiding rights" to pack in that area. Most wont do it, they have clients, and it's illegal to pay anyone but the guide in that area to pack meat. Man up and buy a frame or dont go that deep. Everyone wants an easy way out, but there's nothing easy about packing elk. Good luck.
Yep, Idaho has some pretty strict rules when it comes to paying someone to pack your game out. Still way less ridiculous than Wyoming's wilderness law though.
