Garmin Montana 700i

Curious if anybody knows if this unit will be compatible with OnX or not. I emailed OnX, and was told no. However, since this unit is brand new, it sort of felt like the person answering the question simply looked at the existing compatibility chart to answer the question. Anyone have any experience with it yet?

Was wondering the same. I would ask them for an ETA on when they expect to support it. Maybe I will call them on Monday.

Actually I see on their site they say the 66i is not compatible but I believe it actually is as others on here have reported using the chip. Guessing we need to talk to someone who knows.

It is not compatible. I found that out when I tried to use my chip in the 750. A call to Onyx confirmed.
