Glove for three under tab

Getting into trad and am shooting a three under tab.
I tried shooting with my Sitka shooter glove, they aren’t as snug on the finger as I’d like.

For tab shooting do people generally use finger-tip less gloves?

I use nitrile coated atlas gloves with good luck. When its below 20ish I go to mitts that fold open.

I use thin merino wool liners, when it gets cold then I use rag wool glommits.

I’ve mainly been using the First Lite fingerless merino gloves. For colder weather I have a pair of glomitts I picked up at Bass Pro. Having a tab with an adjustable strap helps a lot.
