Anyone know what a used 24" Grendel bull barrel goes for these days? I have a buddy wanting to sell one. I'm not trying to sell it, just trying to get a base value for him. Hasn't been shot much.

Idk about the barrel but when I had my at which was less than a year ago I bought a complete 6.5 grendel upper from him for just 300 bucks but it was only a bear creek arsenal but it was nice

Nobody has much responded because without a barrel maker, who chambered to what reamer and a more accurate round count then not much its pretty hard to say.

Yeah that's the info I don't have. The barrel doesn't have the maker on it. I will have to do some more research. Was just trying to get an idea.

Pretty easy to get a new Grendel barrel from folks like faxon on sale for $150-250 depending on what you like. These are for steel not CF.

I wouldn’t pay more than $100 for a used barrel unless it is cut rifled or something that makes it stand out much more than what can be had at places like faxon. I use them as an example, there are many others out there. Their barrels have shot great for me so it wouldn’t be worth spending much more than that. IMO.
