This is an excellent shelter and in excellent like new condition, only set up once when I bought it. Stored on long shelf in smoke free home. I have a Golite Sl5 that I will be keeping so no use for this one. Comes with pole and tie out cordage. Shelter has been seam sealed. $250 shipped to lower 48. PM me if interested.

I also have an SL5, great shelters. I think this would be a pretty slick single person Backcountry shelter. Especially if you added a stove jack!
