Just wanted to leave this here. Customer service is probably the number one factor for me when deciding on who to buy gear from.
As I was writing this I had to stop and back pedal, as much as I wanted to provide details I figured that may not be the best approach. The entire situation was my fault, Iron Will did not have to assist me in anyway, but they did. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced, very fast responses and very accommodating. I will be a customer of theirs for life. Beth is great and so is the owner ship. Thanks.
