Great experience with Iron Will Outfitters

Just wanted to leave this here. Customer service is probably the number one factor for me when deciding on who to buy gear from.

As I was writing this I had to stop and back pedal, as much as I wanted to provide details I figured that may not be the best approach. The entire situation was my fault, Iron Will did not have to assist me in anyway, but they did. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced, very fast responses and very accommodating. I will be a customer of theirs for life. Beth is great and so is the owner ship. Thanks.

Stories like this—even minus details (the important message was effectively conveyed nonetheless)—are appreciated. I’ve purchased a ton of gear over the last 5yrs. I’ve now arrived at the point where the only gear I’ll buy is from brands that are loyal and committed to keeping customers, not just selling to as many as they can. Thanks for sharing.
