Great Recipe for Any Game Bird

I live in GA, and he hunt a lot of quail down here. They are pretty dry and gamey, and you have to find recipes that moisten them up, and add some flavor to them. Attached are a couple of good ones that I have used for the last few years. They are very easy to prepare. You could use these recipes with Pheasant or Duck, and they would still be great (IMHO). thx
