Guided New Mexico Cow Elk Hunt

Four retired military guys who have lived in the Southeast most of our lives are looking an affordable western hunting experience. We have settled on wanting to do a guided cow elk hunt in New Mexico (for logistical reasons) for fall of 2022. Wanted to see who some of you can recommend from experience or other personal knowledge. Fair chase with reasonable success rates, lodging and meals. Prefer 3 day, but would entertain 5 day.
