Gun Vise - Bang for buck

whats the best bang for buck gun vise. I would like to stay under 100 bucks if possible.

Using for leveling and mounting scopes. Also sighting in.

there is not a lot of difference in gun vises. some have a spring that lifts the top half but the spring sure is not necessary. i mean you lift the top half and slide in the barrel and drop it when you dont have a spring to lift it. bang for the buck -get one with out a spring.

just for the heck of it you can make one pretty easy out of wood. cut a vee in to an oak piece or use a hole saw. then clamp the wood in a vise. if it slips use some rosin on it.
