It's not that hard to just cut both ends of the tenderloins and pull them out. If too much pressure builds up on the inside, I make a relief cut in the belly and let the guts bulge out that direction. Make sure you don't actually cut the guts open or you'll look like the guy in the video.

I need to buy you a beer. After removing all the meat I zipped the belly open and spilled the guts. The tenders came out BEAUTIFULLY. So easy, so much less cussing, so fast. Thanks!

i'll leave hide on if i plan on dragging anything out in the snow. for tenders the plan changes based on the hit and if the abdominal cavity had any internal spillage.
