Hanging from Tripod

I'm hunting some open country and worried about the wind while glassing. Who hangs weight from their tripods when glassing? What do you use? Thanks

Granted, I know less than squat about glassing with a tripod/spotter or bino combo. Wouldn't a weight swinging in the wind also hinder the glassing?

I hunt in the southeast and use binos pretty frequently. If dont have anything to brace my arms/elbows with, I use a loop of shock cord around the binos that I hold down with my boot.

Make a cloth bag that ties to the center of tripod just below the head. Fill the back with a rock or two.
