I had serious issues with pain under one of the eyelets in my one foot. Even after nearly 40km of hard break-in hiking it was there. Hanwag replaced them which was outside of there replacement policy criteria, and the second pair fits like a glove (this all happened in the last 3 weeks). Excellent customer service.

I just looked at the sizing on the box, you might want to state clearly that it is size 11 uk or size 12 us in the thread tittle. I thought you had meant size 11us.
