I've been thinking about modifying my two ground blinds I have so they work better for when I bowhunt. I'm not satisfied with zipper systems and window height and configurations. I was thinking about adding 2 way zippers to a couple windows so they can open up or down and adding a new window into my door panel for a 3/4 length archery window. Mainly wondering if anyone had done this type of thing before and what type of string and or if a small home starter type machine would work for the water resistant blind material. I'm will be making an orange panel from surplus cheap vests for the roof as it is a requirement for the main areas I hunt during firearm season. That part is pretty straight forward. Any advice would be appreciated
