I’m 6’2” with a 33 inch waist and weigh in 215 currently. This spring I cut down to 195 before a week long bear hunt and felt great. I’m an avid gym goer and while I love to lift heavy I have a hard time forcing myself to do cardio. If I could hover around a lean 200 I’d be thrilled.

5’ 11”, 168. 165 is my fighting weight, I don’t like to dip below that, 172 is a tad too high. resting heart rate 48. I’m right in the sweet spot now and aim to keep it that way.

6'2" 175lbs. All cardio, no lifting. And my upper body shows it. Maybe next year I'll start that up.

6'3" 215 I pretty much stay within about 5 lbs of that regardless of what I do. I definitely look different when I'm working out though. I too hate cardio and only do it at the last minute.

5'5" and 170. I typically stay between 170 and 175. I'm 56 and in the gym 6-8 times a week doing a mix of strength and Crossfit. I feel pretty good at this weight and have no issues. I've been seriously working out since the late 70's and so far plan to keep on doing so.

Ok so maybe a fat guy should chime in to balance things out a little! 6' and 250. Spend a lot of time in the gym though so I would say stronger than the average guy. I feel best between 210-220 for the mountains. I have a good motor on the hills and I am often leading the trail with much younger and "fitter" hunting partners. I also double as a pack mule when needed!

6'3" and 200lbs. Have been within about 5-10 lbs of that for about 20 years. I'll be very happy i I can keep that plateau going for another 20

6'1", between 180-185. I usually dip into the 170s during the season. I've lifted for over 10 years, just never ate enough to pack the fluff on. When I started weight training I was 150 ish...

5'10". Between 200 and 210# in the off season due to Miller lights and over eating. During the hot Florida summers, I am constantly sweating keeping the yard up as well as offshore fishing and cleaning the boat in 100 degree weather. By late August I am down to 190-195.

6'0" 185-190lbs. I'm an avid cyclist which is highly cardio based (resting hr of 40) with a strong emphasis on power to weight ratio. I was down about 180 a couple years ago but no faster. Cycling ends when hunting begins and transfers really well to long miles in the woods. I do a lot of push-ups, pull-ups and core training; can't do much with repetitive weights as the joints get unhappy.
I also get lots of hiking in with the dog through the summer.

6'2" 34" waist 252lbs 47 yr old I have a large frame which hurts when doing 100 plus pull ups!
My goal is to get down to 225-230 by August and increase cardio outputs. I have pushed hard building lots of muscle this winter. Bench 320, squat 380, deadlift 400 plus. I have almost too much muscle and not enough cardio!!!!
