Just shy of 6'5" and I feel the best somewhere between 225 and 235. Above that I can tell that I am packing a little bit too much, if I get below that energy stinks in the mountains.

5'8" 165lbs. Last season I was around 155, but I just feel better at 165. I also feel like I stay warmer when I am a little heavier and I have the energy to hike longer.

5’10” and my body loves 200 pounds. Well maybe I love beer and end up 200#s. 180 is prime fighting weight for me tho. Plenty of muscle mass there and feel light on my feet. Obviously, I have 20 pounds to lose currently...

6'3 and 225 lbs....I feel great when I'm out and about. My pack weighs bout 16 lbs with whatever you can imagine to sleep under the stars..incase that happens. I cover good terrain....especially here in our northwest woods.

67" dropped to 146 lbs one hunting season. Hills were the easiest in memory. I noticed heat retention was less than ideal. My family noticed I was always cold. A little to thin for my build.
This year I'm looking to maintain 151-155 lb range.

I'm 5'8" as well. Currently I'm 185 with dad bod (~23% BF). I'm less worried about my weight and more focused on BF. I've been working out lately (lifting and cardio) and the scale isn't really moving but I'm noticing my clothes fitting differently. I guess I'm starting to lose fat and build some muscle.

6’1”, 190 lbs, 14% BF, resting HR 45 BPM. In my late forties and just try to do cardio or strength training 6-7 days a week. Want to do better but every time I push myself harder something goes ouch!

5'11, 219#, super easy for me to add muscle mass/weight, much harder to get below 210#. 34" waist, 46" chest and right in-between a L-XL shirt sizes.

Lot's of weight training (5x per week), daily dog walks 2+ miles and on weekends get in weighted pack hikes.

If you went simply off BMI, I'd be obese with my stats.

5'6" 218lb last doctor check up a month ago. Weight should be going back down but I don't own a scale so won't know until I go back to the docs next month.

Working on my health and the long walks during the turkey hunting season definitely showed me I need to get walking/hiking more.

Was a little bit of a Fat F in my younger years, but that came off toward senior year of college.

160 at 23, but that’s too light. Endurance was incredible though.

190 at 31 now. Don’t get sick or cold as easy and can squat 400 lbs. heading to the elk woods for the first time this year. Hope that weight works.
