Help with steer skull euro

Has anyone ever done a euro on a steer skull? If so what process did you find worked best for getting the horn caps off and eliminating smell? ive done one but fought it bad to get caps off and never could kill the smell. I trimmed the real horn under the cap down, and coated with peroxide but still had a pungent smell... also tried white gas with limited luck

Check Whitebone Creations on YouTube. Pretty sure he has a video on doing them or something similar.

I used Mop N Glow on my antelope per him and they have no smell.
