Hello,
I've been registered here for quite a while, but figured I should post more here. (I was fairly active on the old Kifaru forums.)
I'll mainly be active in the DIY section I reckon. Kind of obsessed with making things. Everything from boats to sewn goods to machining to 3D printing.
My slightly weird life aim is to go on a trip with almost everything made by me. The kayak and the paddle, bows and arrows, boots and knife, pack and clothes, all made by me. I'd say I'm halfway there. May never reach that goal, but worth striving for I figure.
Amsterdammer originally, but now I live in Hamilton, Ontario. Many years of canoeing, camping, hiking. Not nearly enough hunting, but striving to change that. I work as QA for a company that makes sewn goods of all sorts, and do all sorts of freelance design as well.
