Wish I had a joke to add...

My hunting will depend on weather and the rut. 2nd season in CO will be pre-rut.

There has been a few times where weather has pushed the deer out prior to me getting there. Its 9-10k in elevation. So hopefully that doesn't happen. I think the hunt goes through the 7th of Nov. So there be some bucks hanging around the ladies when I get there.

Looking first to it.

Ok I get it! High country mule deer guys are just cut out of a different cloth lol. Or I guess my reply is..

“Does the tin man have a sheet metal coc” or um chicken as not to break any rules..

I hope a license finds me somehow and if lucky can find a buck like this to chase again w my bow.

I’ll be shooting for the moon in a couple of states for tags, but my fall back plan is to draw a low point archery high country muley tag.

After finding a bunch of deer in 2018, but only 1 good buck, and getting my rear end handed to me on a solo trip.....I’m ready to give it another whirl.

I can only hope I’m hunting high cuntry somewhere (have yet to do so) but one thing I know for damn sure is I’d have to be high as hell on something to pass that buck with a tag in my pocket!
