I use an older made in the USA RCBS 10-10 scale that was tuned by Scott of single kernel scales. It is unbelievably accurate and repeatable. The only drawback is his turnaround time is SLOW.

The auto trickler fits your description but not the stated budget. With that being said I have had great luck with the RCBS chargemaster.

You can still pick the Rx120i up for $450 with a coupon, just bought another Sunday.

I grabbed one. Only reloaded about 20 bullets with it, but like it a lot so far.

I do all the other stuff mentioned in this thread but I throw my loads .1 light with my chargemaster and then trickle in the next .1 on the 120I. When I miss it's cuz I suck.

My old Lyman M5 will easily read to a kernel of Varget or H4895 that I burn in my .308 Palma rifle for LR target shooting. Wouldn't fret over needing that weighing accuracy for sporters as neck tension is likely more important.

If you can find a GemPro 250 you will be all set, once in a while a used one will come up for sale.

Old Wy knot scales on the internet is a great source for digital scales, you are looking at roughly $150 - 200 for a good scale. The long range bench shooters pay $6-800
