Home made moose tube

What’s everyone’s go to for a moose ‘call’? I’ve heard of oil jugs, milk jugs and carrying an oar for raking. What’s everyone prefer? I’d rather not buy a $100 tube that I know is probably going to get lost in the brush at one point or another.

I’ve made a few out of fiberglass using a traffic cone as a mold. Sounds great for calling and raking. I haven’t lost it yet!

Make em out of anything. I used to use Amdro ant bait contianers since they were light. Took a buddy hunting and surprised him w/the flamingo's. cut one in half and sounded good enough for him to take a 62" bull
