Honeymoon caribou hunt

Hey guys, new to this site and was looking for some info. The lady and I are doing a destination wedding to Alaska. We were suppose to do it this year but are postponing to 2021 due to the virus so our family will be more comfortable traveling. Because of that I was looking into a caribou hunt. A DIY is always nicer and looks like most people recommend that on here, but I haven’t hunted in bear country before and want it to be the most relaxing and comfortable for her so was looking into a guided hunt. If it was just me and some buddies I’d rather do a DIY type of hunt. Has anyone had any luck with some outfitters or any that you’d recommend? I know the more reputable outfitters will probably be booked out a couple years but just trying my luck. Any information you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
