WTB Hot tent

Hi guys, looking to buy a hot tent for elk and mule deer hunts in Wyoming and Idaho. Mainly 2 person hunts with a stove and 3 without. Based on this size requirement it looks like the luxe octopeak or seek outside cimarron would work perfect. Looking to use this as a base camp with the option to pack it in for a backcountry hunt so I’m looking to keep the weight down. Anyone have either of these for sale in good condition?
