These pics are from Mendocino county, near the 101/Covelo turnoff. I don't know of any dumps nearby.
This is a more usual bear.

Man ive had a million tcam pics of bears and never one that fat.

The only time I’ve seen a bear that morbidly fat was a Kodiak brown bear who had taken residence at a remote village dump on the island. Saw him one of the nites I was there with a baby diaper in his mouth.
