How does SG M5 rain jacket compare to others?

Anybody have experience with the M5 jacket compared to say KUIU Chugach or similar rain gear? In the market for a new rain jacket and curious what people have to say.

I didn’t like the m5 that much personally. It fit good and was ok in mild rain but it just couldn’t hang with the fall in SW AK. The thing I really disliked about it was that the pockets would wet out quickly.

For comparison, I sold my kuiu Yukon to buy the m5….and now I use kuiu Yukon again and really like it.
