How Long Will DIY Dehydrated Meals Keep?

Going through some stuff I came across some leftover Dehydrated Meals that I made a couple of years ago. It all seems dry, nothing unusual to the eye.
Any chance this is still edible? How long do you recommend?

We’ve heard they’re good a couple years frozen, 6 mo at room temp, but I’m sure it matters what’s in them.

Thanks. These were room temp in a cool dry place. Should have used them up when I got home.
Oh well, I enjoy the process anyway. Thanks for the feedback.

Based on my own dehydrated meals, I bet they're still edible but maybe not quite as tasty. Mine tend to develop some off flavors if they sit at room temp for more than 6 months, so I try not to make them too far in advance. Or store them long-term in the freezer.
