Just curious as to how many fouling shots your rifle likes for best accuracy? And then how many shots between cleaning does it take to see a decline in accuracy? Let's hear your results!

For my PRS rifle (6BRA) 1200 rounds between copper cleaning, about 400 between carbon cleaning, but I clean my rifle after each use (for dirt and what not)
Fouling shots on this above rifle is about 2-5 shots.
If this gun shoots more than a 1/4” 5 shot group then I look at cleaning or seating depth.

Any rifle I have "deep cleaned" is between 3-5 shot before it settle back in.
I just clean when accuracy falls off to unsatisfactory group size. one of my 7 rems is 400 rounds in not cleaned yet and my 6.5creedmoor is about 350 not cleaned yet.

Some of my other rifles probably had 300-500 through them before I "cleaned them. I do pull a bore snake through after longer range sessions and do a quick carbon cleaning every 100 rounds or so but no noticeable shift in POI or group size from those.

I've got a Tikka t3x 7mm RM that accuracy starts to fall off after 80-100 rounds. Usually shows itself as a "flyer."

Generally 3, I only clean if something foreign gets in the barrel.
I haven't observed accuracy falling off in any of my last four or five rifles.

My 30-06 Bartlein #3 likes just one fouling shot. First shot from a clean, cold barrel is usually 1.5" northwest of point of aim and the next 5+ are right on target

Like others said, usually about 3. I typically run a 100-200 hundred rounds through my rifles before I clean them. I don't notice any POI shift or accuracy issues in mine. I probably have about 500 rounds through one of my rifles without any cleaning whatsoever and it still shoots 1/4 MOA.

My 7mag hates being clean. With a full copper cleaning it's sometimes 20+ fouling shots and 2-3 MOA before they all start to hit on top of each other. But then it's generally good for several hundred rounds before accuracy slacks off.
