How to lengthen the shoulder straps on kifaru packs?

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the length of the shoulder straps on the pack. Specifically the internal frame bags like the mini keg? I see an adjustment near the lumbar pad but it’s like trudging through the deepest pits of hell to get those adjustments

I believe you have to unfold the lumbar pad to get to those adjustments. I think there is a video on it if you look them up on YouTube.

I have a few different frames and they are all behind the lumbar pad. Some are a quick adjust.....some not so much.

I would call Kifaru and ask them. That's the fastest way you will get the right answer.
