Howdy from central TX (Boerne).
Hunter and outdoorsman. Normally do one or two 40-50mi hikes with wife per year (2020 being North Cascades).

Decided I want to combine my love of primitive hiking/camping and hunting and will start pursuing Elk in 2021. I got a lot to learn. Normally I’m hunting white tail and our free roaming Axis here in central TX (Axis picture is in my front lawn).

Welcome aboard! I live in Selma but hunt up at Camp Bullis and do quite a bit of fishing on the upper Guad, so I’m up around Boerne quite a bit. That’s a really pretty area
