Up .10, about 5.69 is cheapest around. CA ave is over 6.00/gal according to latest news. We're also about to add more tax per gallon in July thanks to those fine Californians that voted in prop 6.

@zion zig zag Biden may have been in office as President for one year, but he has been in politics for 50 years. His whole life. Never solved a thing. Rampant uncontrolled government spending started the inflation. Government mandates jolted the economy and Russia just made the mess worse. The only thing government can do is stop spending our money, and get out of our way. Trump tried that, worked great. Dems hate the independent self sufficient American. They tax us and give it to anyone they can use who doesnt deserve it.

Ill be in NV next week to fill up with 130 gallons of diesel for $1 less than commiefornia. Why? Taxes and a mandate that CA has “special” fuel.

Everyone cites the oil company revenues. Yu have to remember, petroleum is used in more products than just the different fuel types. Asphalt, synthetics, road oil and so forth and don't forget the KY the gov't isn't using on us.

Both gas and diesel are $5.19/gallon here, but I’m kind of having a hard time complaining because there are villages here paying upwards of $16/gallon….just when you think you got it bad, remember, somebody else probably has it a little worse than you.

Can't find it cheaper than 6/gal now. CA is 1.40/gal higher than the national ave now. July 1, gas tax will increase another 2.5%. We'll hit 7/gal by mid summer. No end in sight for those of us in the "golden state."

They suck!!! What really chaps a guys hide is the same station chain is .20 cheaper on the other side of town and the station next door is .20 higher . Don’t understand how this is. Anyone have experience with this ? Why can’t it all just be the same at every store?

Some stations decide to have the gas a little cheaper to pull traffic into the store itself, where they can make more money. The margin on gas at a local stations is not that high. Also could be the size of the business. Just like anything else, large chains can buy gas cheaper due to how much volume they buy.

I have also seen it depend on the neighborhood. If there is a lot of money in the specific area, those individuals won’t typically shop around and just use the closest station
