Looks to be a nursing mother and probably has kittens near by. Usually they run off way before you ever see them.

the other video showed big kits that were likely ready to wean.

probably a good thing this one was not as protective as the other.

Hundred pounds or so. Looks like a mature female.

Just curious. Watching what he was doing. I'm quite sure anyone that has spent time in lion country has been watched on several occasions.
