Hunters Niche predator recurve brace height

I’ve owned a predator recurve now for years, it’s an absolute awesome bow that will last me a lifetime.

I just discovered my string had broken and like a big dummy I forgot to write down my brace/notch height.

To make matters worse I just found out hunters niche is now out of business.

Does anyone have a recommended brace height for their recurve bows? Bow is marked 60in AMO.

Just want to make sure I’m in the ballpark before I start tuning.

8" is usually a good starting point on a recurve of that length, then also you can look at the string grooves out at the limb tips and adjust brace till there's just a tiny bit of groove showing under the string with the string at rest.

7 1/4" to 7 3/4" is the range. I have mine set to 7 1/2 and it's money.

i have the hunter dx and mine is at 7 5/8 but i think the recommended range is 7 1/4-73/4
