Hunters sick????

I have been watching some out west spring bear videos. The videos were high quality, well-known shows. Two different occassions they have guys on the hunt that are sick and "puking" for a day or so. Coincidence of timing? Altitude, bad water or tick born diseases? Thoughts on why these guys are having issues?
