no ebike here, but I did pull out a couple of bulls on my fat bike and bob trailer. I think I am right around 14 bulls pulled out by bikes now. they work well, but I do ride mountain bikes year round in the mountains.

In Idaho. Non motorized means NO motor. That's what motivated me to build this set up anyways. Most fatbike rear skewers will need modified for the Bob trailer ends or BOB ends. A local machine shop did mine. The salsa was right around 1500 and the trailer used was around $160. Also have top buy the different wider yoke for the trailer. It's not a plug and play deal. However I do believe there are some good aftermarket skewers now for fatty mating to the BOB.

Works really well for packing lots of bear bait where the wheelers aren't allowed too.

..l.,
It does have an electric motor on it but it is a pedal assisted system ( No Throttle ) meaning you have to engage the cranks for the motor to kick in. It has 4 modes on it that basically multiply your power input to the cranks. Because it will not assist your more than 20 mph it is considered a bicycle not a motorized vehicle. I can take it way more places than a motorcycle or 4 wheeler and do it quiet, scent free and it has no more footprint than a stock bike. It has a range of up to 60 miles on one battery. The bike weighs about 45 pounds and it does not take up the whole bed of my truck.
BS! You cannot use it on non motorized trails.

Just wondering how many of you have used your bikes to access the woods. I am leaving for a 9 day elk hunt this weekend and will be hunting off my new bike. Got it all rigged up and ready to haul out a couple of bulls.

Maybe ya'll can educate me on this. How do you keep the mud from being flung all over your gear? I see you have a dry bag on the bottom but you have your bare bow right on top. Does the mud not get on the top?

gated forest service roads work really well. peddle to the end of the road and then start hunting.
most guys hunt to the end of the gated road and turn around. This method is not for everyone and negative nannys would not do well with this style. But for me it has worked extremely well, I love to mountain bike and hunt and it allows me to do both. I have pulled out roughly 14 bulls on bikes.
