Hunting Trip from Hell

One time to Montana a semi rear-ended my buddy, his two hunting dogs were ejected through their crates and out the broken topper glass, and surfed the grill of that semi. One dog had a broken hip. The other scared shitless ran off and was lost for 9 days but was eventually found skinny and with torn knee ligaments. My other buddy had to put down a different dog that had developed an intestinal blockage just before the trip, but went undiagnosed until he was back. And, callous to note, the hunting pretty much sucked otherwise.

We were half way there from NC when our trailer burnt an axle. I feel your pain.

PS. We started researching how difficult it would be to tow a tank for a trailer.

does sound like a rough trip! but the guy who died out elk hunting in the snow storm and had his AICD shock him back to life may have had the actual hunting trip from hell ( ie: "now THIS happened to me" elk forum)
