Idaho 32A Spring Bear advice

I drew 32A and haven’t been up there. I’m from out of state and going this week. My buddy has been there a few years ago and he’s going. Any tips and advice would be much appreciated. Super excited as I’ve heard there are lots of bear. Hoping it doesn’t disappoint.

Probably to much snow right now, I'd plan another trip later in the spring when you're able to access more areas.

Agree with WeiserBucks. Most country above 4.5k feet is still under snow.

Ok thank you for the heads up. We are still gonna head up there for a few days to at least try to get our bearings on the land for when we go in May.

We have family property in the unit. And have drawn the tag. Lots of bears, most (right now) will be on private land down low out of the snow. Early may will be great hunting once the snow lifts. Congrats on the tag
